Our Services
Onsite Repairs and Inspections
We provide convenient onsite repairs and thorough inspections to ensure your equipment remains operational and compliant. For any items found at fault we have the capabilities at our workshop to identify, remove and repair any part of your EWP or loading crane.
Major Inspections
Our team conducts comprehensive major inspections adhering to the latest editions of the AS/NZS2550 and AS/NZS1418 standards for safety and performance. Focusing on Truck mounted EWP’s and Vehicle Loading Cranes (VLC’s)
We also conduct major inspections from knuckle booms and scissor lifts to duct lifts.
Fibreglass Repairs
We offer in-house fibreglass repairs and refinishing, including painting and flow coating. Generally a more technical aspect from rough finish to high gloss finish. Using the best types of Flow Coat, Gel Coat, resins and matting available.
We pride our selves on boom finishes, to be able to see the sky reflect in a boom surface and question which one is what.
Hydraulic Hose Replacement
Our skilled technicians perform in-house hydraulic hose replacements with precision cutting, measuring and crimping for optimal functionality. This can be a costly exercise, but our capabilities allow us to reduce down time, material costs and disruption to your business. We carry a fair range of JIC, BSPP and hose of all size and type, Non conductive hose specially for all those Non Conductive work platforms.
Pre-Purchase Inspections
Our pre-purchase inspections assess the condition and safety of equipment before acquisition, helping you make informed decisions. This aligns with the AS/NZS2550 to make sure the EWP and Vehicle is up to current standards and operation.
Cylinder Strip Down
We provide a full service for hydraulic cylinders, including strip down, sealing, testing, and reassembly to ensure peak performance. This forms part of a Major Inspection process for those wanting sound performance, All cylinders use OEM seals and parts, including hold valve testing or replacement.
Stability Testing
We conduct rigorous weight and stability testing to confirm that your elevated work platforms meet safety requirements. This part is very important for those units with only two legs, spring lockouts or torsion bar configuration.
We take the time to load test, inspect deflection, movement, noise and stability of the EWP or loading crane.
Mechanical Repairs
Our team specializes in mechanical repairs to keep your equipment running smoothly and efficiently.
This part of the job we do as our every day scope. We have qualified mechanical technicians with many many years of experience. Our communications with OEM technical support supports us with any ‘out of the ordinary’ problems.

Chipper repairs for Bandit, Vermeer, Timberwolf and many of the older type.
NDT Structural Testing
We perform non-destructive testing (NDT) for structural integrity, ensuring the reliability and safety of your equipment.
This is a critical and most important part of any Major Inspection. This allows us to identify problems, cracks, defects in the structural components of the EWP and subframe.
With our inhouse welding capabilities and certifications to repair, generally there is no need to worry. Sometimes its good to find defects. The one that gets away is the one you don’t want in your machine.
Using a process of Eddi Current or Magnetic particle to identify fractures. But most of all visual inspection is critical.
